• Quote short excerpts in internal documents, such as audit evidence or runbooks, with attribution.

What needs another copy

• Sharing the guide (PDF, workbook or archive) with colleagues. Each reader needs their own license.
• Posting the guide or scripts on a shared drive, wiki or repository that others can read.

Not allowed

• Reselling, republishing or redistributing the guide or scripts publicly.
• Using the material to build a competing course or product.
